One visit, up to two hours on site, for a small repair or a clear answer. Typical service calls include clogged drains, running toilets, dripping faucets, sticking doors, loose hardware, and minor drywall or caulk touch-ups. Diagnostics include moisture detection, leak tracing, and troubleshooting drafts, odors, or stains. You’ll leave with the problem fixed or a written explanation of what’s wrong and what it will take to fix it. If the job needs more time, your $175 is credited toward a Half Day or Day Project for that repair. Materials, if needed, are quoted separately.

Three to four hours of skilled work at your home, enough to clear a punch list or finish one mid-size repair. Good for replacing a faucet or toilet, repairing drywall, hanging doors, shelves, or fixtures, fixing trim and rotted boards, re-caulking a bath, and adjusting cabinets. Materials are quoted separately.

Six to eight hours on site for a larger repair or a long list finished in one visit. Good for deck and fence repairs, replacing an exterior door, installing a vanity or built-in shelving, patching and painting a room, or repairing subfloor and trim. We confirm the scope before the day begins so you know what will be finished. Materials are quoted separately.

Tile, stone, hardwood, and vinyl each wear differently over the years. We help you weigh cost, durability, and upkeep, then prepare the surface and set the material so it lasts. Showers, backsplashes, and floors, from one room to the whole house.

Custom Shelving and Cabinetry

Beautiful and coveted spaces that store your dearest photos, most precious knick-knacks, and heaviest hardbacks. These spaces are asked to add to the organization and aesthetics of the space they inhabit. Moreover, they are asked to hold a great deal of weight in a concentrated space for long periods of time.

Outdoor Sanctuary

A porch or deck is where a house meets the outdoors, and it takes the weather year-round. We build and rebuild decks, porches, stairs, and railings to stand up to it, and screen in porches so you can sit outside in comfort through an Arkansas summer.
