Every membership begins with a Home Health Assessment. It's an unhurried walkthrough of your home's condition and safety, followed by a written summary of what needs attention now, what to plan for, and what can wait.
Comfort and safety improvements, available to all members at member rates: grab bars and bathroom safety, handrails, improved lighting for stairs, entries, and closets, lever door handles, raised toilets and handheld showers, and threshold ramps. Walk-in shower conversions and other aging-in-place remodels are also available.
Light lawn care, available to all members: 30 to 45 minutes per visit, monthly with Essential, every two weeks with Steward, and weekly with Estate. Shrub trimming near the house, leaf cleanup, bed tidying, and seasonal outdoor lighting.
The fine print, plainly stated: Materials are billed at cost. There are no apps, and scheduling is by phone or email. Memberships have a three-month minimum, then continue month to month.
